1) Delivery coverage

Jivo Smart delivers products across Nigeria through trusted third-party logistics partners. International delivery may be available for bulk or special orders upon request.

2) Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

• Lagos: Same-day or 1–2 business days (subject to order confirmation).
• Other states: 2–5 business days depending on location.
• Remote areas: Delivery times may be longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics constraints, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3) Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on location, order size, and delivery method. Fees will be communicated before order confirmation.

4) Order confirmation & tracking

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Tracking details may be shared where available.

5) Payment on delivery (where applicable)

Payment on delivery may be available for selected locations and products. Customers are expected to be available at the delivery address on the agreed date.

6) Failed or missed deliveries

• If the customer is unavailable, the order may be rescheduled or returned.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.
• Repeated failed deliveries may lead to order cancellation.

7) Inspection on delivery

Customers are advised to inspect products upon delivery and report visible issues immediately. Claims reported after delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

8) Installation-related delivery

For orders that include installation, delivery may be coordinated with the installation schedule. Devices may be delivered to the installation site or installer, as agreed.

9) Delays & limitations

Jivo Smart is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, incorrect delivery information, or events beyond our control.
